A structured program designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of selected women leaders.
Co-creation of SRHR Advocacy Materials
Involves a collaborative and inclusive process to develop informational and promotional Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights(SRHR) advocacy materials focused on family planning, sexual and gender-based violence, teenage pregnancy, among others.
Creation of women groups led by the trained women
Localized community-based groups are established. each led by the women leaders who have undergone the earlier training.
Internal Capacity Building Training in the Women Groups
Involves enhancing the collective knowledge, skills, and abilities of the women within each group.
Community-wide sensitization campaigns and dialogue with relevant stakeholders
This involves organized effort to raise awareness, educate, and engage the broader communities, including local government officials and stakeholders on specific issues relating to SRHR
