The ‘Adopt-a-school NCD Campaign’ project is an innovative health education program which leverages a task-shifting and peer-to-peer training model where trained medical students will ‘adopt’ a secondary school in their community to promote NCDs prevention among adolescents for nine months. The project places emphasis on hand-on learning to equip participants with knowledge in the areas of NCD.
