Job description: We are looking for exceptional and ambitious individuals to join our team in training young people in IDP camps on entrepreneurship skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and planning of entrepreneurship for young people living in the IDP camp.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with relevant local public and private stakeholders (e.g. vocational training institutions) related to entrepreneurship components of the project.
  • Deliver training programmes with the support of other team members.
  • Draft, monitor and manage activity budgets for entrepreneurship and training components of the project with support/oversight from the Program Director.
  • Lead communication, access and market channel agreements for commercialization of the skills learnt by the beneficiary of the program.
  • Draft reports on completion of project activities and inputs into narrative project reports.
  • Provide other oversight functions over the project.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work as part of a team, flexibility, adaptability, and patience.
  • Honest, encourages openness and transparency, demonstrates the highest levels of integrity.
  • Must be able to write and speak Hausa fluently.
